I am so pleased with my bathroom. The entire experience from start to finish was one of the best I've ever had on a remodeling project. My bathroom had needed updating for quite some time, but I was frozen by indecision. Darrell came in to give me an estimate and we discussed the various things that could be done, which made me feel much better about moving forward with the project. Pretty much everything in the bathroom was replaced and I gave him free reign to pick the tile, fixtures and finishes, and I was not disappointed. The crew was very professional and kept the area clean and neat, and also finished as scheduled and on-budget. I'd definitely recommend Bath Masters for anyone looking for a quality bathroom remodel!

Recognition for a job well done
"I recently decided to hire someone to remodel a bathroom for a disabled elderly couple in my family who could not get in and out of their bathtub.I first called all the highly advertised bath re-fitters in the area, and to my surprise (and disapointment), none of them would come to the couple's residence and survey the bathroom. All they would provide was a generic estimate over the phone for turning a tub into a shower-and nothing else. But then I contacted Bath Masters. Darrell Dunn, the owner, said he wold be glad to give me a free estimate. He promptly visited the couple's house and called me to work out a price within my budget. they started the project when they said they would, finished it in a timely manner, and even added extra amendments to make the bathroom more handicapped-accessible.
Their employees were as professional as I could have hoped for, and the clean-up was exceptional. I have rarely been involved in a construction project that went as smoothly as this one, and I feel the need to give these folks the recognition for a job well done. "As a person who is very particular regarding who works in my home, I have now found someone who I can trust completely--Bath Masters & Mr. Fix-It. In fact during my remodeling, I was not at home during a portion of the time due to my husband being at Vanderbilt hospital. I was never concerned with having the work done while I was away from home. In addition to all the employees being so professional and trustworthy, I always knew that at the end of each day, my house would be free of dust and other materials being used.
When I first began to think about remodeling my master bath by removing the tub and putting in a large walk-in tiled shower, my first call was to Bath Masters. After Darrell gave me an estimate, I was so impressed with his attitude, the high expectation of his employees, and his assurance that the work would be done to my expectation, I signed the contract without getting a second estimate. As my master bath was almost completed, I decided to have my other baths remodeled, replace all the tile in my bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room.
